Does the product come with any warranty?

Yes the product comes with a 30 year home owner’s warranty, the largest verandah/carport warranty in South Australia

Who will I be dealing with through the buying and installing process?

You will be dealing with one of South Australia’s largest and most successful home improvement companies. Ultimately you will deal with our highly trained and professional salespeople, then our product specific production team will ensure your job is measured, ordered and installed to the correct parameters

Can I design my own structure?

Yes. Victory offers unique software that allows the user to create something simple and standard or develop a custom design

Is the steel used in Victory good quality?

Yes. The product used in the frame and roof is of the highest quality painted material from Australian Made Bluescope Steel

How long does the process take from the time I order the product?

The entire process will take approx. 12-15 weeks. This includes council submission and approval, material supply and installation. (Dependant on location)

Is there a range of colours to chose from?

Will you help with the legal / council requirements that are necessary?

Yes, our trained salespeople and production staff provide the necessary support to ensure all requirements are met
